The I Live Here I Give Here Marketing and Communications Advisory Council serves in an advisory capacity to help increase awareness and understanding of the ILHIGH brand, grow audiences, and ensure that communications strategies are accessible, audience responsive, and inclusive. They contribute their expertise to inspire generosity across the Central Texas community.

Celeste Quesada
Celeste Quesada is a non-profit event architect and real estate agent specializing in unique, historic and affordable homes. Quesada is a proud first-generation immigrant born and raised in Austin, Texas. Her career has focused on promoting the finest talent that Texas has to offer. Celeste is also a Texas Monthly Rising Star realtor specializing in unique, historic and affordable homes.
Known for creating community by weaving together her 25+ years of working within the cultural arts, social impact, home-building worlds, she loves to inspire, educate, and share her expertise with others. She was the co-founder of Cine Las Americas, and has worked with numerous non-profits including the Austin Film Society, SIMS Foundation, HAAM, American Gateways, El Buen Samaritano, Forklift Danceworks, Creative Action, Austin Chronicle and the Austin Music Industry Awards and Austin Music Awards.
Celeste is an I Live Here I Give Here Changemaker and has served as a mentor for several years at See Us Give (Formally See Jane Give) She has been recognized by many local media outlets, including the Austin American-Statesman, Ahora Si, Edible Austin, Tribeza, Austin Chronicle, Austin Way, and Austin Monthly’s I Live Here I Give Here publication, as a community leader. She is a graduate of Leadership Austin Essentials and the ALL-ATX Leadership Class. She currently serves on the Leadership Council for American Gateways and on the Development Committee for the Ann Richards Foundation.
She is a proud South Austinite living in District 3. She also owns a second residence in Lockhart, Texas (Caldwell County) with her husband, grammy-winning producer & musician Adrian Quesada; their daughters, Amelie and Marcelle.
Alie Cline
Alie Cline has nearly a decade of experience in bringing communities together online, and originally fell in love with social media by founding an art history blog that grew to over 200,000 followers at its peak. She transitioned her passion for art history into the nonprofit world by serving as the Digital Content Strategist at the Blanton Museum of Art at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned the museum worldwide recognition as a leader in the social and digital space. In 2017, she entered the for-profit landscape as the Engagement Editor at Texas Monthly, where she grew the storied magazine's online presence to new audiences and oversaw digital audience development efforts across departments. Currently, Alie is a Senior Strategist at Khoros, a social media software company based in Austin, Texas, where she helps lead strategic services for a Fortune 50 technology company. Zack Flores
As the National Philanthropic Programs Manager at Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Zack works on the brand’s Love, Tito’s philanthropy team, focusing on strategic nonprofit and brand collaborations by way of community engagement and fundraising programs. In this role, Zack plans charitable initiatives, fostering relationships with the nonprofit organizations that Tito’s supports and ultimately working to empower Tito’s employees and fans to do good in their communities. He also serves as Tito’s disaster relief officer, working on national and international relief efforts for impacted areas -- all of which are united under the goal to turn spirits into love and goodness.
Zack has always been passionate about giving back. Prior to joining Tito’s in 2015, he worked extensively in the nonprofit world, doing everything from facilitating group therapy to managing internal development and marketing. He also has experience in experiential brand marketing, having worked for global lifestyle brands like Converse, Apple Music, and VICE Media. In his current position at Tito’s, Zack is able to combine his love for philanthropic engagement and music and is proud to have been a driving force behind the brand’s implementation of strategic philanthropic programs at music festivals across the country.
When he’s not working, you can find Zack exploring Austin with his pup Big Ern, sipping on a crisp Tito’s and Rambler, or rocking out to some live music downtown.
Elaine Garza
Elaine Garza is founder and CEO of Giant Noise public relations agency based in Austin, Texas. Her PR expertise in lifestyle, media, culinary, hospitality, nonprofit, corporate, and entertainment includes working with diverse clients such as Lettuce Grow and Austin Parks Foundation; travel and hospitality clients Pearl Brewery, Hotel Emma, South Congress Hotel, and LeBlanc + Smith; and events SXSW, Moontower Comedy Festival, and ScoreMore Shows, among many others. Before launching Giant Noise, Garza was the director of communications for sister publications Vibe and Spin. While there, Garza oversaw all communications for both publications, as well as all brand extensions, including the Vibe Awards. Garza has also worked with Outside Magazine, Latina Magazine, Billboard Magazine, The Week, and Pitchfork. Garza graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in journalism. She currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Rich, and their two lovely daughters, Luci and Sabina.
Jane Hervey
Originally from a small town on the Texas-Mexico border, Jane Hervey (she/her) is a creative director, nonprofit leader and musician living and working in Austin, Texas. She is the founding director of bbatx, a nonprofit that provides education and exhibition opportunities to women and nonbinary creatives, entrepreneurs and leaders. She also actively designs communication strategies and experiences for other arts and entertainment organizations, nonprofits, and creative start-ups through her studio, group work. Beyond her daytime life, Jane Claire is also a recording artist and musician. Since putting out her first four-track EP “Sour Grapefruit” in 2019, she has opened for OSHUN, Nomi Ruiz, Bunny Michael, and more. Her work has been profiled in publications like Texas Monthly and Forbes, and in 2017 she was inducted into the City of Austin's Women's Hall of Fame. You can learn more at janeclairehervey.com.
Kolby Monnig
Kolby has over ten years of experience engaging her community to get involved in issues important to them and having their voice heard at the Texas State Capitol. She currently serves as the Director of Campaigns for Social Change at Texans for Safe and Drug-Free Youth. Kolby’s career began in Education, helping to shape and write policy in the Texas Legislature. She has served as a campaign manager for local and statewide campaigns, where she gathered knowledge of fundraising, community engagement, leadership and overall management skills. Kolby understands what it takes to make a difference in her community by identifying ways to improve the lives of every Texan. She spends her spare time giving presentations in her community on the topics of citizen lobbying and voter registration.
Kolby is a proud graduate of Austin Community College and has served on their alumni board as secretary. She was appointed to the Quality of Life for Students Committee at City Hall by Austin City Council, is recognized by the Department of Defense as a defender of veteran causes, and is a graduate of the distinguished program, Leadership Women. She is currently wrapping up her degree in Sociology with a focus on social inequality at Texas Woman’s University.
Kolby is originally from Rockport, Texas, but got to Austin as soon as she could. Kolby and her husband Kyle, a native Austinite, devote their free time collectively to conservation and social justice causes. They are recreational fishers and enjoy spending time hiking the hill country, kayaking on Lake Austin, or visiting the Texas Coast with their three rescue pups Perri, Buddy, and Mr. Peso.
Rob Pennington
Rob Pennington joined Favor in 2014 as an engineer while continuing to apply his previous brand experience to develop the Favor brand into what it is today. As Senior Director of Brand + Creative, he oversees the company’s holistic brand strategy, and manages Favor’s internal creative agency and brand marketing initiatives. Most recently, he was responsible for the launch of Favor’s first statewide brand campaign and overseeing the design and development of H-E-B and Favor’s Eastside Tech Hub.
zackery stover
Zack oversees all visual direction at Texas OnCourse. TXOC is Texas’ definitive source for college and career planning, created by Texas House Bill 18, and is run via The University of Texas at Austin. In 2018, he was brought on board to lead their organizational brand refresh and to cohesively join all their visual tools under one roof. With a background in brand identity and social justice — having dedicated much of his career to fighting for racial and marriage equality, prison reform, and environmental causes — he identifies art directions that achieve more inclusiveness, equity, and broaden visual messaging. Zack’s portfolio includes work for clients such as Amnesty International, Rights4Girls, Defend Our Future, the United Nations, and Obama’s early campaign grassroots efforts.
Zack enjoys a quiet life in the Hill Country with his partner and three rescue dogs. He stands firmly by Gerald Early’s pronouncement that, “there are only three things that America will be remembered for 2,000 years from now when they study this civilization: The Constitution, jazz music, and baseball. They’re the three most beautifully designed things this culture has ever produced.”
Maury Sullivan
With more than 25 years of experience, Maury works with nonprofits, artists, and creatives to make and facilitate connections toward a common goal for a positive impact. She believes that bringing diverse experiences and perspectives together creates a stronger project.
In her executive-level position for Austin PBS, she oversaw a 30-member Community Advisory Board whose role was to ensure that the station was meeting the needs and concerns of the community through its programming. Additionally, Maury directed all digital strategy, external communications, as well as the implementation and evaluation of community engagement activities, which included public programs, screenings, and community meetings. Her responsibilities also included leading all communications for the award-winning television show Austin City Limits, serving on the PBS Children’s Media and Education Leadership Committee, and the PBS Communications Advisory Committee. She has won an Emmy for her work on Light / The Holocaust & Humanity for a production featuring Holocaust survivor Gerda Weissman Klein and has been recognized by the City of Austin for her work building community partnerships. She has served a board member at Women & Their Work and is a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. In her spare time, Maury is a weaver making art on a rigid heddle loom.
Sarah K. Wolf
Sarah K. Wolf has over a decade of experience in the Austin community, with a background of producing homegrown events and brand consulting with small businesses. Sarah's past professional experience includes working with Microsoft Store, Texas Performing Arts, and serving as Marketing Director at The Austin Chronicle. Sarah currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Events for Emancipet, a nonprofit committed to providing affordable and accessible veterinary care.
Sarah is also the creator of Good Party ATX, an online platform that promotes events and fundraisers that give back to local nonprofits, showing others that giving back in small, easy ways can make a big difference. She has also served on the Chula League advisory board and acted as an event co-chair for their annual Cherrywood Art Fair. In her free time, Sarah fosters dogs through Austin Pets Alive!, writes dog-centric content for ZilkerBark, and sneaks away to the gulf coast.
