Our Team is Growing! I Live Here I Give Here Announces New Hires and South Austin Office

I am thrilled to announce that I Live Here I Give Here has added three new staff members to our dynamic and dedicated team. With a new strategic plan in place, ILHIGH enters its second decade of service with renewed focus. These three new team members — Jessi Moon, Senior Director of Development; Jerrica Deloney Witte, Director of Strategy and Programming; and Stacey Ingram Kaleh, Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications — bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to the organization that will propel us to new heights and help us achieve the milestones necessary for Austin and Central Texas to become the most philanthropic community in the nation.

Jessi Moon joins our leadership team with extensive experience in donor relations and development. She has a successful track record of supporting universities during major capital campaigns, including roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago, DePaul University, and Emerson College. Most recently, Jessi served as director of philanthropy and communications at Evanston Community Foundation in Illinois. A sixth generation Texan, she is returning to her home state after ten years away. Jessi earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and her master’s in nonprofit management from DePaul University in Chicago. As our Senior Director of Development, Jessi will grow development initiatives for ILHIGH in addition to garnering essential matching funds for Amplify Austin Day that benefit our 750+ nonprofit members.

Austin native Jerrica Deloney Witte joins the ILHIGH team from the Austin Apartment Association, where she served as the director of education. She previously worked at the Texas Restaurant Association, Apple, and began her career as an intern with Helping Hand Home for Children. Jerrica holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and currently serves on the board of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN). In her new role as Director of Strategy and Programming, Jerrica will elevate our year-round mentorship and service programs, such as See Jane Give, Give Back Jack, The Big Give, Austin Involved Board Internship Program, Amplify Austin, Giving Tuesday, and develop strategies for future programming.

A fourth-generation Austinite, Stacey Ingram Kaleh is joining us as Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications. She brings a decade of nonprofit communications experience to the ILHIGH team, including in branding, media relations, and community outreach and experiential marketing. Most recently, she served as chief communications officer at The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture. Stacey previously worked at Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing and the Blanton Museum of Art. A graduate of Leadership Austin’s EMERGE Program, Stacey currently serves on the Education Committee for Preservation Austin. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UT Austin and a master’s degree from NYU. Stacey will oversee public relations, marketing, and brand development strategies for ILHIGH.

In addition, we are moving to a new, dedicated office located at Bouldin Square, 1310 S. 1st Street, Suite #210, Austin, TX 78704, near the intersection of S. 1st and Elizabeth Street. We are excited to embark on our next chapter in this space, where we can fully embrace ILHIGH’s unique, collaborative, and energetic culture.

We look forward to providing our community with more resources and expertise, and to working together to make our city and the spirit of community that drives it more equitable, sustainable, and vibrant for all.

I hope you’ll join me in welcoming Jessi, Jerrica, and Stacey to the team!
