I Live Here I Give Here’s annual Board Training Program is a full-day immersive conference designed to prepare individuals who are interested in taking on board service at a nonprofit organization and provide training to nonprofit leaders and board members. Registration includes a continental breakfast, a box lunch, and beverages. Nonprofit organizations will be on site for board matching throughout the day.

A full-day, in-person training delivered through two tracks: Emerging Board Leader and Nonprofit Staff & Board.
Emerging Board Leader Track: For new and aspiring nonprofit board members. This track is designed for individuals ready to step into community leadership with confidence, clarity, and real impact. Your ticket includes access to both conference tracks.
Nonprofit Staff & Board Track: For nonprofit staff leaders and current board members. This track included focused sessions on board-staff relationships, governance, fundraising collaboration, and building healthier, more effective nonprofit leadership structures.
