A full-day, in-person training delivered through two tracks: Intro to Board Service and Nonprofit Member Track.
Intro to Board Service Track: Best practices in nonprofit board settings, roles and responsibilities, and guidance to identify board positions that fit personal experience.
Nonprofit Member Track: Built for nonprofit staff and current board members to attend together, with a focus on elevating board and staff working relationships.
