AmeriCorps for Community Engagement and Education (ACEE) is a national service, early literacy intervention program that works to ensure all children build a strong foundation in literacy during their first years in school. Austin Partners in Education creates and fosters effective community and school partnerships that provide all AISD students preparation for college and career. Our programs employ a collaborative learning community, placing volunteers in the classroom, during class time, to work with small groups. BookSpring partners with schools, healthcare clinics, and social service providers to make a systemic change in literacy; we reinforce the importance of reading. Texas Association of Partners in Education

The mission of the Texas Association of Partners in Education is to provide leadership and expertise for schools, families, businesses and communities to build partnerships that enhance student success. www.tape.org

 

The Texas Book Festival celebrates authors and their contributions to the culture of literacy, ideas and the imagination.  We work to instill a life long love of reading for Children in Title I schools.  We also provide grants to Texas public libraries to help enhance book collections and develop literacy and technology programs. www.texasbookfestival.org
